Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of up to eleven positions with a minimum of nine. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day affairs of the YSC, it also works to develop a vision for the club that reflects current membership needs and keeps the club alive, healthy, relevant and Scandinavian.
The YSC is always in need of talented, motivated members to serve on the board and/or the various committees. Annual elections take place at the beginning of each year. You can see the board in action by reviewing our Financials & Annual Meetings page.

Clear Lake Cabin Master
Manage our Clear Lake cabin and coordinate bookings.
Event Director
Plan and coordinate club events and activities.
Member Outreach
Connect with members and build community engagement.
Membership Director
Manage membership applications and member relations.
President
Lead the organization and set strategic direction for the club.
Secretary
Manage board meetings, minutes, and official documentation.
Tahoe Cabin Master
Oversee the maintenance and magic of our mountain retreat.
Treasurer
Oversee financial operations and budgeting.
Vice President
Support the President and step in when needed.
